ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
AMC’s in-house design team
engages particular design work for Reinforced Concrete
Members, Structural Steel Members and the Prefabricated
Steel Members designs; AMC Design team prepares standard
design sheets for the commonly built buildings, warehouses
and heavy industrial buildings. Also AMC issues the
pre-construction drawings, design drawings, detailed
drawings, construction method drawings and clarification
drawings for the turnkey contracts. While implementing the
purpose of the above-mentioned drawings and designs, AMC
utilizes latest professional software for design and
construction package using frame analysis software, concrete
& steel member design software, foundation design software
and the tools for standard specifications software.
STEEL STRUCTURE
ENGINEERING
Nowadays, high demand in
one-stop complete construction package is required
domestically by the developers. To meet this requirement,
AMC experts have integrated an excellent design and built
package providing and using up-to-date engineering design
and manufacturing tools such as automatic computer aided
design drafting (AutoCAD) and automatic computer aided
manufacturing (AutoCAM). This kind of precise manufacturing
system creates tailor-made building frames for installation.
In addition, AMC mobile engineering teams, which are
composite of skill workers i.e. welders, fitters and
operators,are also able to speed up operation between
fabrication workshop and construction site.
CIVIL ENGINEERING
In this aspect, AMC has the
well trained and experienced civil engineers to lead the
construction teams; tasks involve with construction
management, site supervision, project management,
prefabricated engineering and installation of buildings,
quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) as per the
international standard requirements.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
AMC is equipped with modern
construction machines in order to facilitate the field
erection as well as concrete structures, they are composed
of Bulldozers, Motor Graders, Compactors, excavators,
Agitators, Concrete Mixers, Steel Form Works, Multi Purpose
Mobile Cranes and Field Gantry Cranes. As AMC’s safety first
policy is applied, site management uses light-weight
portable steel frames scaffoldings in all of the AMC
construction work to ensure the safety of our personnels.
